Most science fiction novels have covers that are absolutely interchangeable. Take, for example, one of John Scalzi's novels. You can alter the author name and title, but nobody would notice, as long as it is another sci-fi. The cover below looks the same as many other sci-fi novels in the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, 2000s. This cover doesn't stick in your memory.
The book I want to profile for this Cover Crush post is different. Its cover is unique. It doesn't look like anything else on the sci-fi shelves. It's obviously 21st century, it's tasteful, elegant, and memorable. Don't you agree?
